Adult Intensives page.

TUITION
Costs are located on Adult Intensives page. Please refer to those listings when filling out the registration form.

LAB FEES
The cost of supplies and materials used in Adult Intensive Workshops is not included in the tuition. Some of the workshops have set Lab Fees which are listed next to the tuition amount and are paid at the time of registration, while other workshops have Lab Fees based on materials used by the entire class as well as by each individual. These lab fees are paid on the last day of the Intensive and range roughly from $10 to $70.

REGISTRATION FEES
Along with the Tuition, Lab Fee, and optional Room & Board or individual meals, there is a once yearly $25 registration fee for Adult Intensives. This registration fee will only be charged for the first registration in the 2007 calendar year and does not apply to any subsequent registrations in 2007

CLASS SIZE
Class size is limited to 6-10 students in order to allow you lots of workspace, maximum accessibility to equipment, and plenty of personal interaction with instructors.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing and mailed, e-mailed or faxed to our business office address. A participant will receive a full refund minus a $75 cancellation fee and the $25 registration fee if Snow Farm receives written cancellation of enrollment 30 days before the workshop is scheduled to commence. There will be no refunds for any cancellations less than 30 days before the scheduled date of a workshop because of our obligations to our instructors and housing commitments.

There is no return or pro-rating of fees for early departure from or late arrival to a workshop, regardless of the cause of departure.

If it is necessary for Snow Farm to cancel a course for any reason, all registered students will be called and offered the option of another course during the same workshop week or a full refund of all deposits including the registration fee.

While we love KIDS and PETS, these workshops and our housing during Intensives is for adults 18 and over only with the exception of our Mixed Generation Workshop.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: As a condition of enrolling in the Snow Farm Program, students and staff agree to assume all risk for personal injury or loss of or damage to personal property and further agree that they will not hold Snow Farm responsible or liable for any personal injuries that may be suffered or theft of or damage to any personal property that may occur.
