INFORMATION
DIRECTIONS
Snow
Farm is located off Route 9 in Williamsburg, Western
Massachusetts in the 5-college community, just 15
minutes from Northampton and 30 minutes from Amherst.
Bradley International airport in Hartford, CT is 1
hour away and easily accessible by airport bus service.
Boston's Logan Airport is 2 hours away.
SCHEDULE
Morning Instruction time begins at 10:00am on the
first day and 9:00am each day thereafter.
Lunch Break 12:15 1:30
Afternoon Instruction time: 1:30pm 4:30pm (4:00pm
on the last day)
Dinner Break 6:15-7:15
Studios are open around the clock for your use, except
for glass classes which will be scheduled by the instructor.
LODGING
AND MEALS
Accommodations are no-frills dormitory style housing with
shared same sex bathrooms. Rates are listed under each
workshop description and are based on double occupancy.
A limited number of single rooms are available for an
extra charge. Meals start with lunch on the first day
of the Intensive and end with lunch on the last day of
the Intensive. Meals prices are listed on Adult
Intensives page.
TUITION
Costs are located on
Adult Intensives page. Please refer to those listings
when filling out the registration form.
LAB
FEES
The cost of supplies and materials used in Adult Intensive
Workshops is not included in the tuition. Some of the
workshops have set Lab Fees which are listed next to the
tuition amount and are paid at the time of registration,
while other workshops have Lab Fees based on materials
used by the entire class as well as by each individual.
These lab fees are paid on the last day of the Intensive
and range roughly from $10 to $70.
REGISTRATION
FEES
Along with the Tuition, Lab Fee, and optional Room &
Board or individual meals, there is a once yearly $25
registration fee for Adult Intensives. This registration
fee will only be charged for the first registration in
the 2007 calendar year and does not apply to any subsequent
registrations in 2007
CLASS
SIZE
Class size is limited to 6-10 students in order to allow
you lots of workspace, maximum accessibility to equipment,
and plenty of personal interaction with instructors.
HOW
TO REGISTER
Students may register by mail, phone, fax or on this page.
Payment must be in full at the time of registration.
Mail: Registration must be accompanied by a check
or credit card number for full amount.
Phone:Registration can be made by phone with payment
by check or credit card
Fax: Registrations must include a credit card number.
Online: Registrations received online will be complete
when full payment is made by mailing in a check or calling
Snow Farm with a credit card number.Go to the form

CANCELLATION
POLICY
All
cancellations must be in writing and mailed, e-mailed
or faxed to our business office address. A participant
will receive a full refund minus a $75 cancellation fee
and the $25 registration fee if Snow Farm receives written
cancellation of enrollment 30 days before the workshop
is scheduled to commence. There will be no refunds for
any cancellations less than 30 days before the scheduled
date of a workshop because of our obligations to our instructors
and housing commitments.
There
is no return or pro-rating of fees for early departure from
or late arrival to a workshop, regardless of the cause of
departure.
If
it is necessary for Snow Farm to cancel a course for any
reason, all registered students will be called and offered
the option of another course during the same workshop
week or a full refund of all deposits including the
registration fee.
While
we love KIDS and PETS, these workshops and our housing
during Intensives is for adults 18 and over only with
the exception of our Mixed Generation Workshop.
WAIVER
OF LIABILITY: As a condition of enrolling in the Snow
Farm Program, students and staff agree to assume all risk
for personal injury or loss of or damage to personal property
and further agree that they will not hold Snow Farm responsible
or liable for any personal injuries that may be suffered
or theft of or damage to any personal property that may
occur.
