Laura Curran

LAURA CURRAN is a renaissance artist who, during her long career, has explored a breadth of media from stained glass to painting and printmaking to fiber arts to jewelry making. She studied art at Smith College as an Ada Comstock Scholar and graduated from UMASS in 1994. She has exhibited her work in the American Craft Council shows, the Berkshire Museum and The White House. She was awarded Best in Show from the Wadsworth Atheneaum Museum in Hartford.

Her current work continues her exploration of surface design techniques in both fibers and polymer clay. She has been teaching for over 20 years and Laura returns, once again, to Snow Farm to the great delight of her many fans!
