Bill Regan's impressive work includes watercolor,oils,and collage. He recieved degrees from Tufts University and Goddard College and has taught at The Decordova Museum School, the Falmouth Artists Guild and Barnstable Visual Arts Center. His work has been shown in many one artist shows and is in several permanent collections.
